Mechanical engineer and senior researcher experienced in thermodynamics, python programming and data analysis. Obtained PhD in cryogenics and applied physics from the University of Grenoble Alpes, alumnus of two EU-founded H2020 programs and the Marie Sklodowska-Curie network. Experienced in R&D of scientific instruments and numerical simulations.
Successfully applied his expertise to large-scale projects for the Future Circular Collider and the European Spallation Source. Collaborated with the National Institute o Standards and Technology and Air Liquide Advanced Technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Student Supervision: Mentor for bachelor’s and master’s thesis projects, guiding students through research and development.
- Technical Leadership: Together with Dr. Natalie Boyd-Williams, co-lead a working group focused on biogas monitoring. Oversee the operation and safety of the mechanical workshop and biological laboratory.
